Rally ON serves the Sioux Falls Area Community by providing special needs children (Autism/ASD and Down Syndrome). Participants will strengthen hand-eye coordination, balance, movement, and more, in a safe, supportive, and professional program that cultivates self-confidence and character, while enhancing physical health and improving quality of life.
