COVID-19 Response Plan
In order to meet the business capacity of 10 or less patrons in the facility we will be changing a few policies to be safe and stay secure at Match Pointe while adhering to local laws.
You must have a credit card on file, so we do not exchange money, checks or the physical credit card for germs contact. No Exceptions. Call in to update at #605-338-4036.
Hours of operation will be based on usage so unless a reservation has been made in advance the doors may be locked during normal business hours.
Spectators will not be permitted upstairs unless they have been cleared by a staff member. Again, this is to assure we are meeting code requirements for numbers. No Exceptions.
We will not have a front desk staff employee always present to reduce the number of people in the facility. That means phone calls may be missed unless you get in touch with a staff member directly.
Private lessons, court reservations and adult class reservations will need to be made a minimum of 24-48 hours in advance to manage the number of patrons in the facility.
The court reservations permitted will go through: Mark Vellek, our Director of Tennis at #605-595-4990 and Lisa Marie, our Front Desk Manager at #605-681-0017.
We will not be accepting “walk in reservations.”
Lisa will be available at the front desk on a limited basis only. We will be checking voice mail messages once we are off the court or upon arriving into the facility.
We are still planning to hold our Summer Session as scheduled, however, we are still monitoring how the COVID-19 pandemic plays out. For this reason, we are not taking payments for the Summer Session registrations at this time in case we need to abbreviate and pro-rate the session. We do still encourage everyone to register as you normally would and we will be in frequent contact to provide updates.
